The Invitation

A seva, not a role.

Saadho Facilitators are not teachers. They are sadhaks who have agreed to step forward — to hold space for fellow seekers, to carry Gurudev’s bhaav into the programs they conduct, and to become quietly transparent to the grace that flows through them.

To be a Saadho Facilitator is to keep aside one’s name, status, and story — and to allow Gurudev’s presence to do its work through you. — The Bhaav of this Seva

This training is being offered to a small set of dedicated sadhaks — those who carry a deep bhaav of seva, those who are themselves rooted in their own sadhana, and those who have a deep longing to experience Gurudev as a living, guiding presence.

The Shape of the Seva

Holding space, online.

Saadho Facilitators conduct online sadhanas for the sangha — holding sacred space for fellow sadhaks, carrying Gurudev’s bhaav into each session, and quietly deepening their own practice through the act of giving.

Conduct online sadhanas

Lead guided sessions during multi-day programs offered to the sangha through the year.

Hold space for the sangha

Be present and attentive during programs — accompanying sadhaks through their journey, responding to their questions with care.

Deepen one’s own sadhana

The act of giving is its own sadhana — facilitators leave each program more rooted in their own practice.

Who is this for

The qualities we look for.

A deep bhaav of seva

A natural inclination to serve the sangha — not as duty, not as obligation, but because something in you cannot help but show up for fellow sadhaks.

Depth in your own sadhana

You understand sadhana through your own experience — not as theory. Your practice is consistent, lived, and quietly central to your life.

A felt connection with Gurudev

Gurudev is a living presence in your life. You experience his grace, his guidance, and his bhaav — not as concept, but as something close.

The aspiration to be a medium

You wish to become a hollow flute through which his grace reaches many — with humility, with surrender, and without claiming any of it for yourself.

The Path

From Sankalpa to Seva.

Application opens on Buddha Purnima, 2026.

A Sankalp of Seva

A step towards Seva.

Take a moment before you begin. Let your answers come from a silent space. There are no right answers, only authentic ones.

After you submit the form, a Facilitation Coordinator will reach out to schedule a conversation. We request you to kindly make yourself available at the proposed time.

Sharings

Sharings from Saadho Facilitators.

Those who are walking this path.

“Guruji always described seva as one of the five essential tools — but only by living it did I see how profoundly it works on multiple planes, creating subtle transformation often without our noticing. Seva drew me into a sangha of sadhaks walking each other home, under Guruji’s loving guidance.”

— Ma Dhyan Bindiya

“Facilitating Panchakshari Naad Sadhana enriched my own practice in ways I had not anticipated. Walking alongside fellow sadhaks for those 42 days was my humble aahuti to Shiva’s yagya — selfless service quietly dissolves the ego and draws one closer to the Divine.”

— Ma Prem Shraddha

“Facilitation is the immense grace of serving both Gurudev and the participants. As Gurudev says — sadhana does not truly flower when done only for oneself; it blossoms when done for sarv kalyan, the welfare of all. To contribute even a small bit in Gurudev’s work makes life feel sacred.”

— Swami Sohum Saadho

“Guru Ji often spoke about seva, but only by living it did we truly understand its bhaav. Through facilitation we discovered responsibility, sacredness in every action, and a discipline that quietly reshaped our speech and conduct. Our sadhana deepened — and with it, a steady fulfilment we hadn’t known before.”

— Swami Anand Vivek

“Facilitation revealed the layers of hesitation I had unknowingly built over the years — and quietly began to dissolve them. In the process I learned Shraddha and Saburi. I walked away calmer, more grounded, quietly enriched — feeling a stillness that words can hardly capture.”

— Savita, Gurugram
